Our exclusive interview format goes in depth to profile work experience, interests and preferences. It probes for details about job training and work experience, as well as personal likes and dislikes. We draw upon these to match our candidates to jobs for which they are fully qualified as well as jobs they are most interested in doing. We know that an employee who is happy on the job makes a happy and more productive worker.
Another way we maintain our high standards is through performance evaluations. We ask our clients to evaluate our employees' work and attitudes. This provides us with a clear, real-world measurement of the effectiveness of our testing, interviewing and screening services. If an employee does not meet your standards or needs, you may release that employee at any time. You never have to deal with unemployment claims. If we get any negative feedback on an employee, that employee is never placed through our agency again.
